How does SotiTalk transcribe audio?

SotiTalk uses real-time speech recognition to convert your spoken words into text. Audio is streamed to our server, transcribed, and the text is returned to your device instantly. Audio is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. All transcription data is stored locally on your device only. Audio is processed in real-time via an encrypted connection and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Which languages are supported?

SotiTalk supports multiple languages for transcription. The app will automatically detect the language being spoken.

The transcription isn't accurate. What can I do?

For the best results, speak clearly and minimize background noise. Make sure your device's microphone is not blocked or muffled. If issues persist, please contact us at office@soticek.com with details about the problem.

How do I delete my transcriptions?

All transcriptions are stored locally on your device. You can delete individual transcriptions within the app, or remove all data by uninstalling the app.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try the following steps: make sure you have a stable internet connection, ensure the app has microphone permission enabled in your device settings, and restart the app. If the issue continues, please email us at office@soticek.com with a description of the problem and your device model.
